A: Winners Massage Staffs 4 therapist per shift. One therapist serves as the Lead Therapist each shift. The Lead Therapist is responsible for reporting to the Operations Manager at the end of each shift, the performance of each therapist as well as their due diligence to responsibly adhere to Lucky Enterprises Corporate policy. Lucky Enterprises maintains a ZERO TOLERANCE policy. Therapists are hired with the understanding that at no time are they to act out of the guidelines of Winners Massage rules and regulations. Insuring that at all times, your players continue to receive a First – Class experience while patronizing your casino.

Q: HOW DO THERAPISTS RECONCILE AT SHIFTS END?

A: all therapists are required to keep record of the number of massages and minuets performed each shift. Once a shift has been completed, therapists are required to deposit a copy of their time sheet along with cash collected into a safe box. Our therapist are also required to utilize our customized app to log massage minutes to keep accurate reporting.
